It accommodates six people with three bedrooms, a fenced garden, and a private pool.
This two-storey house, comfortable and well-furnished, with three bedrooms, still maintains the appearance of a simple country cottage. Located on the hills surrounding Lucca, the house is surrounded by olive groves and forests, ensuring privacy without isolation, and enjoys magnificent panoramic views.
Outside, there is a patio for dining, a wood-fired oven, a barbecue, a large lawn, and an 8x4 metre swimming pool. The park is equipped with comfortable and elegant garden furniture. The parking area has enough space for several cars, with two covered parking spots.
The entire property is enclosed to ensure security and privacy.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
Thanks to the attention to detail and its welcoming atmosphere, the house offers guests an overall sense of comfort and charm.
Description
The small entrance opens to the left into the living room, which is furnished very comfortably and enjoys abundant natural light from the windows, which overlook the garden and the valley below.
A fireplace adds atmosphere on cooler evenings.
Beyond the entrance, there is a study with a washing machine and a small bathroom with a spacious shower.
To the right of the entrance is the kitchen, fully equipped and featuring a dishwasher.
The dining tables, located both in the kitchen and living room, are positioned near the large windows and offer guests a beautiful view of the garden, the valley, and Lucca.
The three bedrooms on the upper floor are tastefully furnished with antique furniture.
The master bedroom, with a double bed, has two large windows and is equipped with air conditioning.
The other two rooms each have two single beds and large windows with the same charming view as the rest of the house.
On this floor, there is a bathroom complete with a bath.

Farmhouse in the hills with a pool, enclosed garden, and panoramic view of Lucca. Furnished with style, Casa Aurelio accommodates 6 people with 3 bedrooms.
Aurelio, the recently restored farmhouse, is named after Mr. Aurelio V., who was the last of at least four generations of farmers to work and live on the estate of Tenuta Maria Teresa.
It was in this farmhouse that he was born and lived with his family until just a few years ago, and in his honor, we have strived to restore it with the same care, attention, and comfort that define the homes in our agriturismo.
This beautiful two-story building has splendid proportions, and from its sunny position on the hill, it enjoys the same magnificent view of Lucca that can be appreciated from Villa Maria Teresa, the estate's headquarters.
Description
The Garden, a Pleasant Relaxation Area
Outside, a beautiful pergola in front of the house allows for outdoor dining while being immersed in the greenery, enjoying the expansive view. The bread oven and the barbecue, located under a small roof, encourage use even on days that are not just for summer.
The property includes a large rural garden, nestled among olive trees alternating with vines, just as they were cultivated in the past. It is completely enclosed for added security and peace of mind. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Aurelio. The entrance gate is automated, and there is plenty of parking available.
At the front of the house, a path between the olive trees leads to the pool (10×5 m), slightly secluded, allowing guests to fully enjoy the tranquillity of the area and the breathtaking view. A wooden terrace surrounds the pool and is furnished with elegant garden furniture, complete with a shower.
Ground Floor, Living Area
A lovely entrance room opens on the ground floor to all the living areas. The elegant dining room to the left is adjacent to the rustic-style kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary modern appliances. Across from it, a small hallway leads to a shower room for daytime use and to the comfortable laundry room, which is provided with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and linen storage cabinets.
To the right, you enter the spacious sitting room, where the exposed brick and stone walls create a unique and cosy atmosphere. A large corner sofa invites you to spend pleasant evenings together watching a film, playing cards, or simply chatting in front of the fireplace while sipping a nice drink. From the sitting room, you can also access the garden at the back of the house.
First Floor, Sleeping Area
On the first floor, the staircase leads to a large reading room, which serves as a meeting point between the three bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with independent air conditioning, are furnished with classic-style furniture, and each has a luxurious private bathroom.
The master bedroom, with a simple four-poster double bed, is very spacious and offers a magnificent view over the plains of Lucca. The natural stone bathroom has two sinks, a bathtub, and a large separate shower.
The second bedroom, also very bright, features elegant antique furniture with two beautiful "boat-shaped" single beds, along with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom in this room also includes two sinks, a bathtub, and a large separate shower. The third bedroom is slightly smaller, with two single beds and a bathroom with a sink and shower. This room is also furnished in a classic style.
All the rooms in the house are interconnected by telephone, and each one can make direct calls to the outside (via ISDN line).

Holiday Villa for Rent in Lucca with Large Park and Pool
A meticulous attention to detail ensures the comfort, privacy, and relaxed luxury of this beautiful property. It accommodates 8-10 people.
Foresta includes two living units: the main house and the barn. The two buildings are close to each other and have various large outdoor recreation areas, both shared and private, as well as an 11×5 metre pool. All of this is located within a private, fenced park in the hills above Lucca.
Recently restored, this property comfortably accommodates eight guests, with three bedrooms in the main house and one large bedroom in the renovated barn. From the houses, you can enjoy a wide panorama of the valley, the property's vineyard, and the surrounding forest.
Accessed through an automatic gate, there is ample parking available.
The pergola in the front garden offers a shaded spot from which to admire the large lawn surrounded by olive trees. The garden overlooks the adjacent vineyard and the valley below. A bread and pizza oven is incorporated into the side wall of the main house.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
Description
Main House
The entrance of the house is open-plan, with a wooden counter separating the kitchen from the dining area, giving the space a spacious and modern look. The marble and stainless steel kitchen is equipped with a six-burner stove and gas oven, dishwasher, microwave, and ice maker. High-quality linens, dishes, and kitchen utensils are also provided. The fireplace adds warmth to the environment.
From the dining room, a corridor leads to the bright living room, which occupies the back part of the ground floor. Overlooking the forest, the living room provides access through a large French door to the patio and garden. The room has a large dining table on one side, while on the right, there are large, comfortable sofas and an entertainment corner with a television, DVD player, and satellite receiver.
On either side of the corridor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing equipment, and a linen cupboard, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom. This bedroom is smaller than the ones upstairs and does not have air conditioning, but it is very comfortable as a spare room for unexpected guests or for a babysitter. A staircase leads from the dining room to the upper floor.
Upstairs, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning with individual controls and have their own bathroom. The bedrooms are bright, tastefully furnished, and have delightful views. The master bedroom has a large double bed and is very spacious, well-furnished, with a refined combination of antique and modern furniture. The private bathroom has a double sink, a bathtub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a canopy double bed, an en-suite bathroom as described above, and also a walk-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a sink and shower cubicle. Like the other rooms, it is furnished in a comfortable and refined style with both antique and modern furniture.
The Barn
The second available unit is a former barn that has been converted into a spacious open-plan house. From the front garden, the large barn door leads into the living room, which occupies most of the ground floor, with a small but well-equipped kitchen at the back. A French door leads to a covered terrace on the side of the house, which is furnished and equipped with a barbecue and wash basin.
The terrace overlooks the private park, the pool, the vineyard, and beyond, the view extends to the forest. The first floor includes a large double bedroom with high ceilings and a small private bathroom. The furniture includes an imposing modern double bed, a large armchair/bed, and a desk. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and a stereo system. The decor of this house is more modern but equally tasteful as in the main house.
