The Tenuta Maria Teresa dates back to the first half of the 19th century and was the country residence of the Duchess of Lucca, Maria Teresa of Savoy, wife of Carlo Lodovico of Bourbon. It is located on the gentle hills of oaks, pines, and acacias, 6 km north-west of Lucca, in the area known as San Martino in Vignale.

Natural Organic Products
Today, Tenuta Maria Teresa continues its agricultural tradition, hosting the eponymous estate, which covers eight hectares of vineyards that produce fine wines.
In addition, there are twelve hectares of olive groves, in keeping with the excellent Luccan tradition, and beehives that produce three varieties of honey.
A recent project has begun for the cultivation of ancient grains, used to make pasta with a strong and authentic character.
All the products of Tenuta Maria Teresa are distinguished by organic certification and a focus on environmental preservation. The estate is open for visits all year round, and wine and olive oil tastings can be organised.

Our Proposals
Option 1
Visit to the garden, the winery, and the oil mill, with a detailed explanation of the production processes. Tasting of four wines and extra-virgin olive oil, accompanied by crackers.
Duration of the visit: approximately 1.5 hours
Cost per person: €15.00
Option 2
Visit to the garden, the winery, and the oil mill, with a detailed explanation of the production processes. Tasting of four wines and extra-virgin olive oil, accompanied by bread, salami, cheese, and fettunta.
Duration of the visit: approximately 1.5 hours
Cost per person: €20.00
Option 3
Visit to the garden, the winery, and the oil mill, with a detailed explanation of the production processes. Tasting of four wines and extra-virgin olive oil, accompanied by bread, salami, cheese, fettunta, pasta, and ricotta with honey.
Duration of the visit: approximately 2 hours
Cost per person: €30.00
N.B.: Minimum charge per visit session: €50.00
It is recommended to book at least 48 hours in advance.
The tastings take place from Monday to Saturday, starting at 11:00 or
15:00.
On Monday afternoons, Saturday afternoons, and Sundays, we are closed.
